Dignified Homecare is a family run domiciliary care provider that offers a range of reliable, person centred care to meet individual needs in Havering. At Dignified Homecare we quite simply 'do what is said on the tin'.

We aim to effectively inform, liberate, empower and work together with Service Users, hospital discharge teams, GP’s, community teams, multi disciplinary teams and NHS to form a strong rapport. A good understanding and the building of trust is key to ensuring these values are upheld.

We believe that everyone should receive care that is safe, appropriate and with protection from abuse and avoidable harm. Our aim is to deliver care that is effective in helping to achieve good outcomes. We want our care to enhance people's quality of life, empower, create happy moments, make people smile and look forward to their care visits. 

 

Our approach is flexible and Service User led.  We actively respond and organise our services to meet the needs of the individual. We have pride in what we do. This is encouraged at every level within the company. It is important to us that the care we provide that is based on how we would like our own families to be treated and cared for.

We select, employ, train and develop only the best Carers.  Our Carers treat everyone with kindness, compassion, dignity and respect. They will flag incidents that they feel do not meet the standards or expectations of care expected from the company, Service User’s or their colleagues.

We do not accept bad care.

We encourage and maintain a close contact and communication with all our Services Users and their family members by way of telephone, text or email in the format that is suitable for them. We are always available to discuss what is important to them and our care team.
