Tina has worked in the provision of Domiciliary Care since 1993, establishing a career within all care sectors; Social Services (Specialist Carer), voluntary (Age Concern Dementia Services) and private (Domiciliary Home Care Manager). She has a Bsc. (Hons) Sociology & Psychology
Kayleigh Burnett
Cofounder & Homecare Manager
Kayleigh’s approach is extremely person centred focused on providing and delivering high care standards to all Service User’s.
Whilst starting her career in education, with a specialism in Special Education Needs in which she gained a B.Ed. she has worked in the care industry since 2007.
Our Carers are trained to a high standard with online and in person training in all key areas, Dementia, Learning Disability, Autism to name a few.
Supervision, appraisal, spot checks to observe their working is crucial in addition to the feedback given.
We encourage career advancement. This enables growth within themselves, the business, continuity and sustainability.
